The breakdown…

La panne
This week, I was out of ideas, nothing. A lack of inspiration… it happens.
Then, I asked the Victoire family for help…

Claire, from Victoire Madame: “You should talk about tennis, it’s what’s topical anyway…” Not bad… On top of all, this week, I was Porte d’Auteuil to watch the qualifying matches. Not too many people, only enthusiasts, they were here more for tennis than camera flashes… I even heard that: “Navy blue is the official colour here!”… Yeeeesss, like us! With a touch of terracotta though… In other words, I was joyful. I will not expand on this subject, last time I did so, I received a registered mail, let’s just leave it there!

Still Claire: “…Or you can talk about your mother?” (endless topic).
Claire again: “…about Mother’s Day?”
Me: “For weeks, we’ve been hearing about Mother’s Day, right? In any case, I hope that it is done because if it isn’t, they will get a good telling-off!”
Editor’s note: it’s tomorrow, my friends, tick-tock, tick-tock.

Guenola, from Victoire Rue du Colonel-Driant: “…about David Hockney and all his green paintings!”
Me: “What do you mean by green paintings?”
Guenola: “All the Normandie landscapes he did with a Victoire like green!”
Oooohhhh… Hockney at the Louis Vuitton foundation, go see it, I loved it. There is green, yes and yellow, pink, red… Hockney says: “I don’t believe in natural colour, colour is a choice”. For him, colour isn’t to imitate what’s real but to intensify it and bring emotions about. I am not the one who is going to prove him wrong…

Have a nice weekend,
Camille
