The past beautiful sports finals weekends made me wish to talk to you about sports and chic… In other words, sport-chic!
You may have noticed that sportswear completely invaded our wardrobes. With remote working, the Covid pandemic… or whatever, it surreptitiously infiltrated our daily life and a little bit at Victoire too. However, we rather choose Jersey blazer and Lurex joggers than sliders with socks, you see what I mean?
But let’s go back on the tennis court because it is still there that sportswear is best worn. We would all agree to award the unfortunate Sinner the Victoire of the best outfit. Very chic, we like the boldness of pairing mint green with Prussian blue. Obviously, we love the immaculate white collar and the discreet logo.
The perfect counterexample was the PSG. The Victoire was beautiful, right, wonderful even. But did you see next season jersey?
This brings me to draw your attention on this matter: even clean, polyester smell like a wet and dirty sock, rather choose cotton, even on the tennis court… and without a logo of course, except maybe a discreet Victoire logo embroidered on a raw denim, very simply…
