AT THE HEART OF THE PALAIS-ROYAL
The “little” boutique on Place des Victoires is moving.
For as long as I can remember, that’s what we’ve always called it. There was the “big” one on the corner — and the “little” one.
It was a time when Place des Victoires was a true fashion hotspot. I remember the Kenzo show; Madame Figaro (whose offices were just around the corner) still set the tone; and the great names — Prada, Gucci and the rest — did not yet have their own houses and had found a home at Victoire.
Just imagine how much has changed. Forty-five years later — it’s extraordinary when you think about it.
Six months ago, when the boutique next door to the men’s shop on Rue du Colonel-Driant became available, I began to wonder… What if we brought men and women together?
Leave Place des Victoires? Where it all began? My head (and my heart) were in turmoil. Place des Victoires is our very own madeleine. So I asked those who love Victoire as much as I do: my father, the family, the teams, a few passing clients… And as so often, we made the decision together.
And so here we are.
It is with great enthusiasm that we announce that from 2 February, the women’s collection will join the men’s on Rue du Colonel-Driant, just a stone’s throw from Place des Victoires, in a new space that is larger and more beautiful.
Our selection remains unchanged, but you will now find a wider range of accessories: shoes, scarves, bags… and above all, you can shop as a family — just as you can in Saint-Tropez, Lille or Cap Ferret. Lovely, isn’t it?
