My beautiful orange tree

Mon bel oranger

Well yes, here we are, all present.
The women’s neroli jasmine perfume, the neroli verbena background perfume and candle, and the neroli gin men perfume which just came out.

For the last one, we wanted a classic a “cologne” freshness, twisted with hints of bitter orange, grapefruit, and juniper like a little gin-&-tonic for an aperitif. Hugh Grant: slightly spicy timeless chic, humour, charm… all in casualness.

I noticed that for most of you it’s not simple go headfirst in a new olfactory adventure. One’s perfume is private turf, hands off! It defines and identifies you.
For my father, it’s the eau de Cologne d’Orsay. For my mother, it’s the Vétiver by Guerlain. For my friend Camille, it’s Eau d’Issey… These hints tell stories, souvenirs, or simply present moment, really settle in our path.

I too also wore the same perfume for years…

And yet, our Victoire perfume, I love it.
First because with my mother, it’s our project. We designed it, developed it, tested it, perfected it, refined it, and it accompanied me for many months…
I love its very simple small bottle, with its weaved label like an orange-striped piece of clothing. I like smelling it on my sweaters from the day before or on my mother (her too has put away her “Vétivier” in the cloakroom). I deeply love its fresh head notes, its floral heart notes, and this little sensual nail polish twist that brings it all its personality.

It became my perfume and I couldn’t do without it… Except maybe if I used its little twin with blue-denim stripes, the neroli gin. A beautiful thumbing nose that really calls to me since it was released.

Have a nice weekend,
Camille
