Colour Therapy

Colour thérapie

I was talking with Julia at the beginning of this week.
You will find Julia in the place des Victoires shop — not for long because she is moving with us rue du Colonel-Driant. At Victoire, we call her Heidi because she is flaxen-haired with two braids, which stick out, and let’s say it, a tenacious character. Thinking back on it, she might be even more Pippi Longstocking rather than Heidi… but anyway.

While chatting, Julia told me how much Victoire changed her life. Surprised, I was both flattered and a bit taken aback.

She felt it, got carried away and started speaking rapidly. She explained to me that her bedside books are now the Theory of Colours by Goethe and Living Bright by Matthew Williamson; that working at Victoire is a true chromatic adventure; that she was a goth before and that, now, black has no room neither on her outfits, nor in her thoughts.

Basically, Julia told me that when she arrived at Victoire, she lived the colour discovery like a true epiphany and that this, well… changed her life.

When you were born into it, like me, colour is the norm, and not the exception. Colour, it is like a little daily therapy. It makes you feel good; it makes you look good; it keeps spleen and dark thoughts away. Every day, it gives you energy to undertake everything, small or big. Try it, you will see, at the present moment, it is more than a good idea; it is a necessity.

Today, do not schedule a therapy session; simply come and see us, we have a small pink sweater for you.
Have a nice weekend,
Camille

PS: we make your mouth water with a few pieces from the new collection, you like it?
